Stress, and why it is a problem

When we become stressed we feel agitated and struggle to focus.

This training provides an understanding of how stress works based on scientific research. With this fundamental understanding, we can equip ourselves with tools which help us control stressful situations and decrease our overall levels of stress. Coupled with techniques which help us create positive habits and new insights, and an appreciation of the impact of sleep, exercise and nutrition on our bodies and mind, we can create a positive and sustainable improvement in our lives.

 

This eight hour, on-site training is designed for groups of up to twelve people and is delivered over four weeks (two hours per week).
